The ultimate California girl – Chelsea takes her ‘cool as a cucumber’ vibe and brings it to her work, keeping composed amidst any challenge – no matter what fire she needs to put out.

She began working in the experiential marketing, events & creative services industry in 2006 and has loved every crazy moment. She started off at a global agency in New York City, working with clients in the automotive, entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle and retail industries, producing events around the world, from Vancouver and Cancun to London and Paris. From global hotel openings and pop-up shops to spring break pool parties and A-list concerts with thousands of attendees – she’s done it all, and collected some incredible stories along the way.

She moved back to Southern California in 2014 to open the west coast office which led to eventually going out on her own and starting up 3CS in 2020. Since founding the agency, she has continued to offer clients first-class work and a personalized experience, and has made her mark. She was selected as one of the Top Women In Marketing By Chief Marketer in 2022, and was honored by the San Diego Business Journal – listed as a San Diego Woman Of The Year in 2021, included in the SD500 as one of San Diego’s Most Influential Business Leaders in both 2021 and 2022, and listed to the 40 Under 40 in 2022.

When she’s off-duty, she spends time with her husband and two kids on the beach or being active outside. She has a unique gift of being present in both her home & work life.
